Bring a small amount onto your hand and warm by lightly spreading with your fingertips for a melting effect. Apply sparingly to target areas for an even skin tone. Mix it with your moisturizer to use as a liquid foundation. It is a wonderful eye shadow primer, as well.
Sprinkle a small amount of VELLUTO Fine Powder Foundation into the cap, dip the Flat Top Brush into the powder and swirl gently to evenly distribute. Apply to the face and neck in long strokes. Layer as desired for additional coverage without the weight.
