Orders Monday to Friday
Delivery the next day

Of course you want to receive your ordered product as soon as possible. We therefore do our best to ship your order as soon as possible after we have received your payment. If you order Monday to Friday before 4 p.m., we will ship the same day and you will normally receive your order the next day. Unless the delivery party (PostNL or DHL) needs more time.

Orders Saturday and Sunday
Delivery Tuesday or Wednesday

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Normally you will receive your package on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Sometimes it takes a little longer, why?

In case of extreme crowds with us or with the parcel deliverers PostNL or DHL (especially around Sint & Christmas, the deliverers are sometimes delayed) delivery may take a little longer. But we promise that we will ship your order within three working days after receiving your payment. If a product is not in stock, we will of course let you know. And when we expect that we can still send the product. It is up to you to decide whether you want to wait for the product or not.

Rush order

If you want a product urgently, let us know by phone or email before or after you place your order. We will see what we can do to deliver the product to the desired address as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs Netherlands

Shipping costs are €5.10 for packages within the Netherlands (PostNL charges an energy surcharge). No shipping costs will be charged for orders from €60 within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs for Belgium and other countries

Shipping costs to Belgium are €7.95 and Germany €8.10. Both via PostNL. For orders of from €80,- no shipping costs will be calculated. Shipping costs to the UK are €18.65 (PostNL). Shipping CO2 neutral

We ship all our packages (CO2 neutral) via PostNL or DHL and the Fietskoeriers/Cycloon (in the areas where the Cyclone/Bicycle couriers cycle). You can track your order via the track and trace number you receive.

Return

If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days after you have received the product. Let us know by e-mail that you want to return a product. You will receive a confirmation email from us stating how you can return the product. You have 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product. After we have received the product, we will refund the order amount including any (standard) shipping costs as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Provided the product is unused. If possible, we would like to receive a product in the original (undamaged) packaging. Any return costs will not be reimbursed, unless INDISHA has made a mistake in shipping.
