B12 Forte Sublingual is a lozenge containing vitamins B12, B6 and folic acid. These three nutrients work well together in your body. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid (also called vitamin B11 and in some countries B9) are essential B vitamins with multiple health claims for different areas.
Good for your blood, cells and energy
The first area is your blood and the formation of blood cells. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the formation of red blood cells and folic acid contributes to the formation of white blood cells. USAGE
Standard dosage:
1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day. Keep the tablet in your mouth until it has melted.
Warning:
Not suitable for children up to 3 years old.
