Rush order

On weekdays your order will be shipped the same day. If ordered before 4 p.m. And if no address details are missing. Normally you will receive it the next day or within two days. Only Saturdays and Sundays no packages will be sent. If you want a product urgently, call or chat us or let us know by email before or after you place your order. We will see what we can do to deliver the product to the desired address as quickly as possible.


It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products or service . We are happy to help you find a solution. Mail your complaint to or send a message via our chat service. We try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. You will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt at the latest . If it needs more time to respond, we will of course let you know in time.
