Usage
Shankara's Five Step Skin Care Regime
- Hydrating Cleanser : Apply three to four pumps of cleanser to your fingers. Distribute over your fingers and gently massage into your skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry. You can also use the cleaner in the shower. Because the cleanser respects your skin's natural PH, no toner is necessary after the cleanser. (See also the video)
- Use the MicroCrystal Exfoliation Treatment once or twice a week after cleansing for a gentle, deep scrub. Or mix some cleanser with the Exfoliation Treatment.
- Daily Repair Serum : Gently massage two pumps of the serum onto well-cleansed skin.
- Anti Age Serum (not included in the travel/trial kit) Gently massage one or two pumps of the serum onto well-cleansed skin. Two pumps if you're including your neck. You can also blend the Anti-Age Serum with the Facial Oil and then apply it together.
- Rich Repair of Fine Line Moisturizer and/or Oil : Gently massage one or two pumps of oil into your skin. Avoid the area around your eyes, as the oil contains a lot of essential oils. Use the Moisturizer cream in the morning and evening or in the morning and the oil in the evening.
